Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapists Wanted - Join our Growing Community
Join a dynamic, multicultural, interdisciplinary care team working with children, adolescents and their families/caretakers. Team huddles occur daily to review cases and new referrals. Clinicians provide diagnostic assessment, individual psychotherapy, and collateral sessions in an outpatient setting. All patient care is on site, as there is a need for close and frequent monitoring of patients due to high acuity.
Licensed therapists who join our team will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Flexible full-time or part-time positions are available with adaptable scheduling options.
Our mental health community offers a supportive environment for both therapists and clients. Therapists have the flexibility to work fully remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy.
- Monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health treatment and research.
- Participate in regular supervision and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as outlined by relevant licensing boards and organizations.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT)
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Empathetic, compassionate, and dedicated to client well-being.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Minimum of three years experience in the same related field.
Pay and Benefits:
