Responsibilities:

  • Employ comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns, subsequently developing effective treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual therapy to clients using proven modalities tailored to their unique needs, promoting their personal growth and well-being.
  • Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and consistently monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
  • Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the support they need.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, continuously enhancing your clinical skills and staying abreast of emerging practices.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant field, required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state
  • Experience in counseling for at least 2 years, preferably in a clinical context, is required.
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards.
  • Ability to cooperate with a healthcare team has been demonstrated.
