Full-Time/Part-Time Mental Health Counselor Needed for Psychiatrist Outpatient Clinic in San Antonio, TX.

As Counselor, you will meet with clients, analyze their mental health status, and develop a course of therapy to address their issues. You should have some experience with a wide variety of patients and conditions

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Meet with patients to determine their status.

• Develop a course of therapy for treatment.

• Meet with patients regularly and provide them with the tools they need to overcome their issues.

• Provide references to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists.

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state.

• Minimum of two years related experience.

• Experience using electronic clinical systems

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary:

$80,000 to $100,000 + up to $1000 sign-on bonus
