Full-Time/Part-Time Mental Health Therapist Needed at Valley Views Counseling & Wellness in Eugene, OR.

Join us in our outpatient clinic who are a team-oriented health professional and whose primary responsibility is providing high-quality mental health services for our patients. We work collaboratively with our clinical staff and care coordinators to ensure each patients care plan addresses their ongoing mental health and wellness needs.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday

  • 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide formal training related to clinical services.

  • Provide high-quality individual mental health care

  • Meet with patients to determine their status.

  • Develop a course of therapy for treatment.

  • Meet with patients regularly and provide them with the tools they need to overcome their issues.

  • Work collaboratively to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of accredited relative Masters level program

  • Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state.

  • Minimum of two years related experience.

  • Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competence in therapy.

  • Experience delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive and inclusive approaches.

  • Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.

  • Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary:

  • $80,000 to $100,000 and up to $1000 sign-on bonus
