Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Licensed Mental Health. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and providing support to clients. Additionally, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure best practices in patient care, and participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Responsibilities

  • The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and providing support to clients
  • Additionally, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure best practices in patient care, and participate in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field
  • Current state license(LPC, LMFT, LCSW) and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist
  • At least 3 years of experience in counseling or related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Effective problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant healthcare technologies
