Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring clinical interventions as required.

  • Undertake initial patient and family assessments, ensuring appropriate care triage.

  • Engage in effective communication with the interdisciplinary team, documenting assessments, treatments, and care plans.

  • Provide competent care addressing physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs across diverse age groups.

  • Deliver case management by collaborating with hospital and community professionals, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

  • Maintain ethical and timely documentation in line with departmental standards.

  • Offer outpatient services such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside other evidence-based treatment modalities to support individualized service plans.

Qualifications:

  • State licensure as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW or PsyD.

  • Availability for 10 to 40 hours (sessions) weekly or more.

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
