Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with individual client goals.
  • Facilitate individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based and solution-focused methods.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms for seamless virtual sessions.
  • Offer timely crisis intervention when required.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active license in LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Master's or doctoral degree in relevant disciplines such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
