Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, adapting therapy interventions as necessary.
  • Prioritize patients and families by conducting initial assessments and ensuring appropriate care triage.
  • Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary teams, documenting evaluations, interventions, and care plans.
  • Deliver competent care addressing physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs across various age groups.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and community providers to ensure comprehensive patient care through case management.
  • Uphold ethical and timely documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in an outpatient setting to support individualized service plans.

Qualifications:

  • State licensure as PsyD, LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
  • Availability for a minimum of 10 to 40 hours per week.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required.
