Work Hours:

  • Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Flexibility is essential, as occasional adjustments may be required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments.
  • Design and execute tailored treatment plans emphasizing trauma recovery.
  • Administer evidence-backed therapeutic techniques like EMDR and TF-CBT.
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients towards healing.
  • Foster collaboration with psychiatrists and peers for holistic patient care.
  • Offer crisis intervention during trauma-related incidents.
  • Educate patients and families on trauma management strategies and resources.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards through meticulous documentation.
  • Engage in case consultations, team discussions, and continuous learning in trauma care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state.
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience is desirable.
  • Deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems and related software.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.

Compensation:
Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000.
