Work Hours:
- Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility is essential, as occasional adjustments may be required to meet patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments.
- Design and execute tailored treatment plans emphasizing trauma recovery.
- Administer evidence-backed therapeutic techniques like EMDR and TF-CBT.
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients towards healing.
- Foster collaboration with psychiatrists and peers for holistic patient care.
- Offer crisis intervention during trauma-related incidents.
- Educate patients and families on trauma management strategies and resources.
- Uphold confidentiality standards through meticulous documentation.
- Engage in case consultations, team discussions, and continuous learning in trauma care.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state.
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience is desirable.
- Deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and related software.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.
Compensation:
Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000.
