Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and devise tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-backed practices.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to, CBT, DBT, and other validated methods.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold regulatory standards, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health experts, including psychiatrists and psychologists.
  • Participate actively in case consultations, peer reviews, and contribute to enhancing care quality.
  • Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatments, and community resources.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and innovations in mental health.

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to cultivate trusting therapeutic relationships and offer empathetic support.
  • Team-oriented mindset, valuing collaboration, growth, and mutual respect.
