Immerse yourself in a role where you'll provide exceptional care, particularly in areas such as trauma, anxiety, and depression, while upholding our commitment to evidence-based therapies and trauma-informed practices.

Work Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based and solution-focused methods.
  • Implement therapeutic strategies, utilizing modalities like CBT, DBT, and others.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality standards, ensuring meticulous record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals.
  • Actively participate in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality and efficacy of care.
  • Educate and empower patients and families with insights into mental health conditions, treatments, and available community resources.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the mental health field.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state.
  • Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based therapeutic relationships and provide empathetic guidance.
  • Strong problem-solving acumen, guiding clients towards positive outcomes.
