Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to establish and achieve treatment goals.
  • Provide prevention-oriented therapy.
  • Develop and review treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies.
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation.
  • Maintain a caseload and accurately document session notes.
  • Attend staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to the team's success.
  • Contribute to enriching our work environment and cultural dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Fully licensed as an LPCC, LMFT, and/or LCSW.
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
