Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 9 AM-4 PM
Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.
- Strong working knowledge of trauma informed practices, ACES and Motivational Interviewing
- Provide direct mental health services to program participants and agency staff
- Ensure timely compliance with external reporting requirements
- Works closely with other departments to design service plans to fill gaps and assure continuity of care for program participants
- Develop required partnerships and seek additional leveraged resources that can benefit the programs' primary stakeholders
- Implement crisis intervention techniques and strategies
- Coordinate the development of cooperative relationships with other service providers and/or any other community resources
- Collect statistics and prepare reports for funders and internal agency use
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Maintain an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.

Apply a nuanced understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual for personalized and effective care.
