Therapists joining our team are eligible for a sign-on bonus. We offer flexible full-time or part-time positions with adaptable scheduling options. Our mental health community provides a supportive environment for both therapists and clients, offering the flexibility to work fully remotely.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 9 AM-4 PM
Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.
- Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.
- Utilize teletherapy for virtual therapy sessions with clients.
- Offer crisis intervention services as required.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated with mental health best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- No history of disciplinary actions on board.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on caseload.
