Full Time/ Part Time Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) Fully Remote Needed!

We are looking for Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our provider network where you can focus on providing the clinical expertise while we take care of everything else. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll engage in remote counseling sessions using video conferences, telephone calls, and occasional in-person consultations. We're seeking individuals who naturally demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and tact in their approach to delivering exceptional mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize proficient clinical interviewing and assessment techniques to evaluate individual, family, and group counseling needs
  • Demonstrate adeptness in handling psychiatric emergencies, diagnosis, and various therapeutic methods
  • Apply adult psychology principles, theories, and adhere to patient rights and relevant laws and regulations
  • Accurately assess client mental health status using established diagnostic criteria and devise effective treatment plans
  • Swiftly analyze crisis situations to facilitate suitable treatment or referrals while maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Evaluate patients for potential medication referrals and contribute to their ongoing progress assessments
  • Conduct interviews and diagnostic assessments to create personalized treatment plans for patients and their families
  • Engage in the intake process by comprehensively gathering patient and family histories, offering crisis intervention, and managing case referrals
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to review cases, treatment strategies, client progress, and contribute to progress report.
  • Assist in formulating individual and group treatment plans targeting mental, emotional, and family disorders
  • Continuously assess, plan, and provide clinical treatment for patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate clinical case histories for diagnostic evaluations and to track client treatment progress

Qualifications

  • Active professional license to practice in the USA
  • Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
  • Current state license by the state board is required: LPCC, LMFT, LCSW
