Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Needed

Join our respected substance abuse treatment center, providing comprehensive care and support to individuals on their recovery journey. Licensed therapists play a vital role in helping clients overcome addiction and build fulfilling, substance-free lives.

Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Safe and therapeutic environment. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to addiction treatment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health.

- Develop personalized treatment plans addressing addiction and underlying mental health issues.

- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.

- Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure integrated care.

- Educate and support clients' families for involvement in the recovery process.

- Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

- Valid license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

- Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling.

- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

- Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with ability to motivate clients.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
