Work Hours:
Regular business hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
- Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Educate and support patients and their families by equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling, from an accredited institution
- An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Councelor (LPCCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state
- Utilize your profound understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques to tailor your approach to the unique needs of each individual, offering personalized and impactful care.

Pay and Benefits:
- $115,000 to $130,000 per year
