Position Available: We are currently seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist to join our thriving clinic.

Position Details:

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to ensure our clients' needs are met effectively.
• Primary place of work will be our clinic, collaborating closely with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health care.
• We offer a sign-on bonus exclusively for licensed therapists who join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery processes.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine their treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrate specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling.

Salary Range:

• Competitive salary range: $115,000 to $130,000 per year.
