We are looking for an experienced mental health therapist to help individuals recover from substance use problems. Join our office and have a long-term influence on the lives of individuals and their families as they face the challenges of addiction recovery.


We offer complete care to anyone who want to overcome addiction. Our practice uses evidence-based treatment paradigms and provides a variety of treatments, such as individual counseling, group therapy, and relapse prevention strategies.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Some evening shifts may be required based on patient needs.

Pay Range:

$90,000 to $100,000 per year + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and goals of individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Deliver individual counseling sessions, utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to support individuals in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during substance-related emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families about addiction, recovery strategies, and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research, best practices, and advancements in substance use disorder treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state.
  • Strong knowledge of substance used disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care.
  • Experience delivering individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries, adhere to ethical guidelines, and ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
