Position Overview:

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapeutic support to clients through virtual platforms. Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients using secure telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address clients' mental health needs.
• Empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while fostering insight and self-awareness.
• Collaborate with clients to establish goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 per year (full time)
$52,000 per year (part-time)

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience providing counseling services remotely or willingness to adapt to teletherapy platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
