We're a leading healthcare provider dedicated to supporting individuals' mental wellness across a range of settings. We're currently seeking passionate therapists/counselors to join our team, working both on-site in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely through our advanced Telehealth platform.


Job Types

Full-time or Part-time roles available, offering opportunities as a W2 employee or Independent Contractor.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct individual therapy and group therapy to identified patients, and ensures proper documentation is completed timely and submitted according to agency and licensing standards.
  • Assist in on-unit programming, training and development.
  • Communicates in a timely manner and attends all necessary meetings and conferences for increased patient recovery and to facilitate interdisciplinary communication leading to effective treatment and discharge.
  • Meets with treatment teams and provides consultation, contributes to patient treatment plans.
  • Other duties as assigned as related to the position (typically 5% - 10%)
REQUIREMENTS
  • Applicants must have a master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Must hold current state licensing in LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT
  • Candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
