Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Therapist Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, passionate about mental health, and experienced in providing supervision to practicum students. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our emerging therapists while also contributing to the delivery of psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or in their Master’s program
- Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapy
Requirements
The Ideal Therapist has:
- A Master’s Degree
- A Valid State license: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT
- Professional liability insurance
- Two years experience
