Looking for Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) Position

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ($100,000 to $120,000 per year)

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our dynamic and growing team of mental health professionals. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Stay informed about best practices, emerging research, and trends in the mental health field.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Licensed as either a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience providing mental health services to diverse populations, including but not limited to adults, children, and families.
- Knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning using the DSM-5.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
