Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW)

Join our respected substance abuse treatment center, providing comprehensive care and support to individuals on their recovery journey. Licensed therapists play a vital role in helping clients overcome addiction and build fulfilling, substance-free lives.

Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Safe and therapeutic environment. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to addiction treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans addressing addiction and underlying mental health issues.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure integrated care.
  • Educate and support clients' families for involvement in the recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid license as LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
  • Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with ability to motivate clients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
