Your Role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor:

  • Encourage open discussion of emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and growth.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and assist in setting achievable goals.
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat and in-person to support clients' mental health journeys.
  • Evaluate clients' mental well-being, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement solution-based approaches based on your clinical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state
  • Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive and affirming care.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
