Full Time Mental Health Counselor Needed at Northwestern Health System

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals
- Administer individual and group therapy
- Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions
- Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community
- Provide individual, group and family psychotherapy
- Document therapies and treatment
- Assist with direct patient care as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required (Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling)
- One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Must have two years of professional experience.
Salary:
$115,000 - $130,000 a year.
