Work from home on your own schedule as Remote Mental Health Therapist.

Our fully remote team offers assessment and treatment services to stable, low-acuity adults with various mental health needs. Our aim is to help individuals improve their quality of life by assisting them in acquiring the necessary skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients to enhance their mental health.
  • Encourage clients to discuss their emotions and experiences to help them gain insight into themselves and their relationships.
  • Serve as a client advocate and aid them in defining their goals.
  • Assess clients' mental conditions and create and execute treatment plans utilizing a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • $115k – $130k per year for depending on hours worked
  • Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors

How to Qualify?

To qualify for the role, all therapists and counselors are required to possess the following:

  1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  2. One of the following independent licenses:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  1. Strong computer literacy skills

To become a successful counselor, you also need to have the following skills:

  • Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
