Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Flexible hours, part-time options available
Compensation: $52,000 to $70,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure telehealth platforms.
- Collaborating with clients to assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
- Holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related fields.
- Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent) in your state.
- Experience providing therapy services remotely preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with telehealth technology.
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence.
