Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking talented Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have experience providing therapy to diverse populations and will be skilled in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $52,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress over the course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about developments in the field of therapy and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
