Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $52,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress over the course of treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
  • Stay informed about developments in the field of therapy and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state.
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
