Full-Time/Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Available
We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join our practice. In this position, you will meet with clients, analyze their mental health status, and develop a course of therapy to address their issues. You may work with clients who have substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, or eating disorders. You should have some experience with a wide variety of patients and conditions. Our ideal applicant has a master's degree in psychology or social work and a license from the state. Clinical experience is also a requirement.

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join our practice. In this position, you will meet with clients, analyze their mental health status, and develop a course of therapy to address their issues. Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
- Meet with patients to determine their status
- Develop a course of therapy for treatment
- Meet with patients regularly and provide them with the tools they need to overcome their issues
- Provide references to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid license as an LPCC, LMFT, LCSW in the state.
- Minimum of two years related experience.
- Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competence in therapy.
- Experience delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive and inclusive approaches.
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.
- Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality.
Salary:
- $115,000 to $130,000
