Positions Available: LPC, LMFT, LCSW
Type: Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients across the lifespan.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
Requirements:
- Education: You must have completed a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Licensing: You must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- *Note: No limited/provisional licenses. No disciplinary actions.
- Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
- You must be computer literate.
Compensations:
- Competitive compensation ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 per year for part-time position, based on caseload and experience.
