Salary:

  • $52k-$70k per year, part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state.
  • wo years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
