Full-time/Part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Lancaster, California.
We provide professionally decorated office space as well as scheduling support and business coaching to help you thrive as you build and grow your private counseling practice.
Qualities We Are Looking For:
- Ability to quickly develop rapport and trust.
- Interactive-type counseling style
- Ability to provide quality psychodynamic treatment for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, life transitions, existential crisis, family & relational issues.
- Well-versed in helping to guide those with the desire to develop deeper self-awareness and inner happiness.
- Have some cultural competency and diversity awareness and training (will provide if needed)
- Flexibility with working independently as well as in a team environment when necessary
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s degree required Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Ability and interest in providing therapy that incorporates depth-oriented, culturally sensitive, and spiritual lens/mindfulness techniques.
Salary:
