Qualities We Are Looking For:

• Ability to quickly develop rapport and trust.
• Interactive-type counseling style
• Ability to provide quality psychodynamic treatment for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, life transitions, existential crisis, family & relational issues.
• Well-versed in helping to guide those with the desire to develop deeper self-awareness and inner happiness.
• Have some cultural competency and diversity awareness and training (will provide if needed)
• Flexibility with working independently as well as in a team environment when necessary
  
  Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master’s degree required Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability and interest in providing therapy that incorporates depth-oriented, culturally sensitive, and spiritual lens/mindfulness techniques.

Salary:

• $115K-$130K per year
