Looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)

We strive to help connect counselors with the clients who need them most all across the country through our online platform. A perfect candidate for this role would be a licensed LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT with a passion and commitment to excellent care for clients within their preferred demographic. All clients that will be seen are pre-screened, stable, and have low acuity. This leaves you to do what you do best, care for clients from within your sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health status and individual needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client’s goals and promote their overall well-being.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches to facilitate positive change.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed, addressing urgent mental health concerns with compassion and expertise.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest mental health best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Must have a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in supporting clients on their mental health journey.
  • Showcase strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.
