Join Our Team: Licensed Mental Health Therapist Positions Available Now!

We have an overflow of cases and we are looking for Licensed Mental Health Therapists who can take on a few cases per month. The cases can be a Supplemental Income Source for you and meet the requirement for Clinical Hours for those pursuing their LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

We are looking for the best talent to provide outpatient therapeutic services to adult throughout the state of New York. We currently hiring dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team! If you are passionate about helping others and interested in becoming one of our valued workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individual therapy sessions and group therapy sessions in our outpatient center, perform bio-psycho- social assessments
  • Provide coping and social skills, anger management and reduce risk behaviors such as SIB or physical aggression.
  • Work to improve youth and caretaker decision-making skills to manage in-home behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively and consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and/or professionals from other disciplines who also work to support the youth and family.
  • Submit all required documentation and paperwork within designated time frames (intake, treatment plan, dap notes, etc.
  • Attend monthly meetings and submit mandatory weekly paperwork

Requirements:

  • Must have a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT
  • Has Clinical Mental Health Training
  • Has some training or willing to complete Crisis Intervention Training
  • Has post-internship field experience working with adult with clinical experience
  • Has experience with creating treatment planning, treatment goals setting, progress notes, and initial assessments.
  • Has experience in various counseling approaches: CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma Response
  • Knows how to use the DSM-V for Assessments and Diagnosis
  • Must have experience providing positive behavior support.
  • Must submit resume plus copies of master’s degree, with a copy of NJ or Certification or License.

Compensation:

$115,000 to $130,000 per year
