Position Overview:

As a licensed mental health counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.
  • Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive and affirming care.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
