Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist Wanted

We have only part-time positions available with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our clients' needs are effectively met.

You will primarily work closely with a diverse group of professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional mental health care. This will offer you the opportunity to gain clinical experience and cultural competence while serving clients from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Must have a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in supporting clients on their mental health journey.
  • Showcase strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.
