Salary Range: $115k to $130k per year
Job Overview:

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to individuals facing mental health challenges. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing emotional support, and guiding clients through their mental health journey.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Offer counseling and therapy sessions to clients
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state
• Previous experience in providing counseling services to individuals with mental health concerns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health counseling
