Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
  • Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
  • Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Experience practicing independently without supervision
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
  • Strong computer literacy skills
