Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed!

We strive to help connect counselors with the clients who need them most all across the country through our online platform. A perfect candidate for this role would be a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT with a passion and commitment to excellent care for clients within their preferred demographic. All clients that will be seen are pre-screened, stable, and have low acuity. This leaves you to do what you do best, care for clients from within your sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure integrated care.
• Educate and support clients' families for involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must hold active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW or PsyD.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Neat and professional presentation at all times.
• Warm, empathic, engagement skills with patients.
• 3 years’ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy to maintain patient confidentiality.

Benefits:

• Salary range of $78,000 to $114,000 for someone who works 30 to 40 hours in the platform each week all year.
