Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW,LMFT,LPCC)

You will engage with clients on both individual and group levels, playing a crucial role in their treatment journey. This professional is responsible for curating individualized treatment and discharge plans for clients assigned to their caseload.

Job Schedule : Full-time

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in executing tasks and overcoming barriers in their treatment journey.
  • Collaborate in treatment planning with Primary Therapists for assigned clients.
  • Facilitate comprehensive treatment planning updates for clients, ensuring inclusion of all treatment modalities.
  • Conduct individual sessions for all assigned clients on a weekly basis.
  • Offer group counseling, education, and hold meetings as per the program schedule.
  • Coordinate all necessary treatment services for the assigned client caseload.
  • Maintain weekly contact with all family members and referral sources of clients.
  • Engage in Quality Improvement task groups as required.
  • Participate actively in in-service training, supervision meetings, and staff interface meetings.
  • Ensure that client records meet licensing standards and are comprehensive.
  • Oversee documentation in the clinical section of each client chart and manage Quality Assurance for deficiencies.
  • Attend and contribute actively in clinical team meetings.
  • Assist clients in engaging in day-to-day treatment activities.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Related Field: MA Clinical Psych, MA Counseling, MA Clinical Social Work

License, Certification, Registration

  • LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT in this state are required. We currently cannot accept applicants with an associates license, as they are not billable through Medicare.
  • Geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word)
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple cases
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
