Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW)

Looking for full-time, licensed counselors/therapists to give outpatient treatment.

Furthermore, the candidate should be willing to listen and collaborate closely with customers in order to understand their needs and find the best method to assist them in achieving their goals.

Schedule: Full Time

What You Will Do:

  • Measuring the effectiveness of interventions and implementing changes where required
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of mental health and continue professional development
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to diagnose psychological disorders using evidence-based practices and consultations
  • Formulating and creating personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for patients
  • Develop treatment plans and set therapeutic goals with patients
  • Provides psychotherapy by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, both in-person and telehealth
  • Foster a supportive and non-judgmental counseling environment to promote a positive therapeutic relationship with clients
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality for all patient records
  • Provide individuals with resources needed to achieve personal goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or similar disciplines
  • Social Work License Required per State Regulations.(LMHC, LMFT,LICSW)
  • Experienced with a variety of psychotherapy modalities, familiar with a wide range of mental health disorders and diagnosis such as MDD, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief, etc.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting and tolerate interruptions required
