Part Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Schedule: Part Time
Your Role :
- Provides cognitive behavioral therapy to individuals, families, groups, or communities as assigned. Integrates cognitive behavioral interventions in multiple settings.
- Responds to crisis situations, assessing urgency of patient's needs, provides care, and obtains appropriate services.
- Provides training and education on clinical topics to team members, staff and the community, as needed.
- Assesses initial client treatment needs and formulates an appropriate diagnosis. Provides treatment to patients with more complex or multiple diagnoses. Performs intake sessions with clients and completes Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment.
- Formulates a mental health diagnosis by Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards.
- Develops a treatment plan incorporating standard practice guidelines for each diagnosis. Provides therapy, supportive therapeutic counseling, and education to assigned individuals.
- Applies therapeutic treatment models, such as behavior modification, cognitive behavioral therapy, and brief therapy during counseling sessions.
- Provides clinical supervision and oversight to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants.
- Develops cross system plans or collaborates with other community professionals in the treatment of individuals.

- Ability to manage a large caseload, and to interface with large providers and support staff.
- Proven passionate about impacting lives and the future of behavioral care
- Efficient use of electronic medical records.
- Proficient electronic mail communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills in windows applications.
- Knowledge of Co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.
- Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program
- An independent license in the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) from the USA
