Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW,LMFT,LPCC)
A wide range of mental health issues impacting kids and teens are the focus of our practice, including behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Working alongside a team of seasoned child psychiatrists, you will be able to support our young patients' overall health and wellbeing.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of mental health concerns in young individuals.
- Deliver family therapy sessions to support parents and caregivers in creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities.
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering developmental stages and family dynamics.
Qualifications:
- LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT in this state are required. We currently cannot accept applicants with an associates license, as they are not billable through Medicare.
- Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.
- Experience delivering individual and family therapy to young individuals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and child-centered approach.
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with children, adolescents, and their families.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Master’s degree in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, guidance counseling, educational counseling, social work, or career development, marriage and family therapy, or marriage, family and child counseling, OR the equivalent.
