Full Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

While participating in treatment programs, you will not only receive primary diagnoses for co-occurring behavioral health issues like depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and others, but you will also enjoy yourself greatly. At our company, you will get the chance to interact with other driven people who are also having a positive influence.

Schedule: Full Time

Your Role :

  • Ability to lead groups.
  • Ability to conduct counseling one on one with clients.
  • Additional tasks will be added
  • Ability to make safe judgment calls in client care
  • Demonstration of group facilitation skills, knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and treatments.
  • An understanding of the 12-step recovery process is preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

  • An independent license in the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) from the USA
  • Ability to manage a large caseload, and to interface with large providers and support staff.
  • Proven passionate about impacting lives and the future of behavioral care
  • Efficient use of electronic medical records.
  • Proficient electronic mail communication skills.
  • Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program
