Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW,LMFT,LPCC)

Offers patients and their families psychological assessment, individual and family treatment, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination in an outpatient setting. provides services and therapies that are grounded in family systems, evidence-based medicine, and recovery-oriented programs.

Job Schedule : Full-time

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
  • Aid in building a referral network to attract new patients
  • Skilled in active listening
  • Ability to develop a meaningful connection and empathize
  • Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns
  • Participate in clinical case review with the Lead Psychologist monthly
  • More tasks may be assigned
  • Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning

Qualifications:

  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Competency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and flexible in tailoring these to the needs of the client
  • Preference is given to candidates credentialed with insurance companies in CA
  • Candidates should have (LMFT , LCSW , LPC)
