Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW,LMFT,LPCC)

Conducts psychiatric evaluation, individual and family therapy, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination in an outpatient environment to patients and their families. Offers evidence-based medicine, family systems, and recovery-focused programs as the foundation for its treatments and therapies.

Job Schedule : Full-time

Essential Responsibilities:

• Skilled in active listening
• Ability to develop a meaningful connection and empathize
• Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns
• Participate in clinical case review with the Lead Psychologist monthly
• More tasks may be assigned
• Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning
• Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
• Aid in building a referral network to attract new patients

Qualifications:

• Competency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and flexible in tailoring these to the needs of the client
• Preference is given to candidates credentialed with insurance companies in CA
• Candidates should have (LMFT , LCSW , LPC)
• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
